Casey’s entrepreneurial spirit and creative approach are an effective combination in identifying and managing successful real estate projects. Following his graduation from Middlebury College, Casey founded the Prentice Organization, a privately held investment and development company focused in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Drawing from his experiences at Tishman in New York, the Hanover Company in Houston, and his LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, Casey started the company as a real estate consultant, before shifting to acquisitions and business management.
In five short years, Casey has grown the company significantly through a series of strategic acquisitions, property and business repositioning, and ongoing business management.
A Portland resident, Casey is involved with numerous civic and professional organizations and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, the Portland Museum of Art’s Contemporaries, and the Greater Portland Convention and Visitors Bureau.
In his free time Casey can be found on Chebeague Island or taking advantage of Portland’s local food and art scene.
